Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas (Residential Addresses Only)

We currently deliver to residential addresses in the following areas:

Zone 1 – Metro Vancouver Core Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam

Zone 2 – Fraser Valley Surrey, Langley, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge

Delivery Schedule & Order Cut-off

Orders placed after the weekly cut-off will roll over to the following delivery cycle.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $8 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders over $150.

Receiving Your Order

Our products are fresh and frozen perishable foods, so timely receipt is important for food safety and quality.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on your scheduled day.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your door.
• Once an order has been delivered, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements for spoilage, loss, or damage resulting from a delayed pickup or an unattended delivery.

If you anticipate not being home on your delivery day, please contact us in advance so we can arrange an alternative delivery date.
